Meet Jennifer

Jennifer brings more than twenty-eight years of long-term care experience to Q3 Healthcare Consulting. Her broad range of expertise stems from her relentless pursuit of knowledge. Through Q3, she hopes to share this knowledge with others in the areas of process improvement, strategic planning, and financial responsibility.  

Her prior roles included serving as President and SVP of Finance with Opis Senior Services Group for 24 years. During this time, Jennifer was responsible for all aspects of business operations and finance including all back office business processes. She has extensive knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid compliance and reimbursement, business insurance including captive insurance and contracting. She was a major contributor to the organization’s on-going efforts to develop and implement customer-centric, cost-efficient strategies and programs. 

Prior to joining the Opis management team, Jennifer served as Corporate Vice President for Genesis ElderCare where, in addition to her financial management, her responsibilities encompassed supervision of nurses and therapists across 13 states.

Jennifer is also very active in the Florida Health Care Association and American Health Care Association has served in a variety of roles including co-chair of the Florida Healthcare Association Reimbursement Committee, member of the American Health Care Multi-facility Council and a board member of the Our Florida Promise.  She was also the 2018 recipient of the Walter M. Johnson, Jr. Circle of Excellence Award for her dedication to long term care and her key role in the development of the Medicaid Prospective Payment System in Florida.   

Jennifer holds both a B.S. in Management with a concentration in Accounting from Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.  She has also recently completed her Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma.   

In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys kayaking with her family and traveling the world to meet new people.
