Meet PAM

Pam has worked in healthcare for more than 35 years, and is an accomplished healthcare professional, bringing wide ranging and progressive long-term care clinical and operational experience. She has held facility-based roles as a Staff Nurse, ADON, DON, and Sr. Director of Nursing, Regional Roles as a Nurse Educator and Education Manager, and VP-level Human Resources/Learning/Team Member and Program Development roles at Genesis Eldercare, Opis Senior Services Group, and most recently at Orchid Cove Health Group.  Pam is enthusiastic about Organizational and Professional Development and it’s connection to excellence in quality, inclusive, sustainable corporate cultures and effective process development. She brings significant value by committing to growing and building trust-based relationships, while working cross-functionally to precisely understand, create and implement strategic organizational design.  Pam is a Registered Nurse, holding certifications in Gerontological Nursing, Healthcare Safety, Dementia Care, and Human Resources.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, travel, and making memories with friends, and family.
